3D Coat sculpts textured in Substance Painter, rendered in Octane Standalone. The model is based on a design by Fantasma.
The 45 second video is a render test using 60 sample, a Path Tracing kernel and the Octane denoiser.
The camera movement, blinking lights and the waters marble texture were animated with a LUA script. The scene was super heavy with a high triangle count, high-res textures and scattered meshes. Each frame took roughly 20 seconds on a RTX 3090. 2700 frames were rendered as 16-bit PNG in 4K and 60fps.
